Customer Experience Intakes Specialist

We simplify the study abroad search, application, and acceptance process. Not only do we help students with their study abroad journey, but we also help academic institutions to find the best students globally. Our goal is to help enable better, more diverse, schools that are enriched with cultures from all over the world.

The Opportunity:

The Intakes Specialist will maintain a database by entering new and updating existing program intake information.

What you'll be doing everyday:

• Translating Intake information into data fields in ApplyBoard Intakes system
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Entering Program Intake updates in ApplyBoard Intakes system
• Assist with researching and documenting admission intake information
• Assist with any Intake related tasks depending on the business needs

What you bring to the table:

• Highly organized
• Excellent typing skills
• Great time management Skills
• Prior data entry experience
• Google and Office Suites, Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, Basecamp
• Minimum Associates Degree (Bachelor Degree preferred)
• Experience in Education Field

Ideally, you also have experience with some of:
