About your role

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will join the Operations team, which is at the heart of Ankorstore business. The Operations team's vision is to ease our customers' life while proposing them great services. You will be in charge of managing our key customers' requests and make sure we provide them with everything they need to thrive their business in our marketplace. In addition to this, you will be an Ankorstore product specialist and will help other people within the care organization to improve their knowledge & skills in order to solve our customer issues with speed and efficiency.

Your missions will be defined as follow :

  • Support our key brands and retailers on their platform use with speed and efficiency
  • Be the go-to person for questions regarding the countries you're working on and support other team members
  • Maintain your knowledge about our product, policies, and strategy changes within our fast changing environment
  • Deal with most complicated issues and be the highest point of escalation
  • Be involved in policies and process improvement
  • Coach and mentor representatives and agents to foster their knowledge and performance
  • Lead team meetings to share knowledge and best practices and provide support on complex litigations

Profil recherché

Preferred experience :

  • Bachelor or master degree
  • 2-3 years of Customer Care experience
  • Having an experience in a Tech company is a plus
  • You speak English and French

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as we currently support through a variety of channels including phone, email, and chat
  • Empathetic and understanding to our customers'. Our mission is to ease our customer life, and we want to stick with this.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task as our customer needs may be complex
