Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to take inbound client calls as well as make outbound calls to help answer and resolve customer inquiries regarding Orbit Energy & Power products. This person would attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggest information about other products and services. The individual for this role should be focused at all times on closing the loop and ensuring the ultimate customer service experience. Requirements:

Ability to handle customer service issues with patience and poise
Provide customers with product and service information
Be able to suggest other products and services after a successful sale/install
Become a subject matter expert on solar energy
Be able to identify and escalate priority issues and concerns
Ability to use CRM system in order to update the customer database
Build client relationships by providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

1-2 Years' of experience in customer service
Ability to work onsite in Sewell, NJ (this is not a remote position)
Background knowledge of solar energy preferred
High School Diploma
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
