Gong is looking for a Compensation Consultant to join our team for the next 3 months as we kick off a number of high-priority projects. This includes performing a variety of compensation activities including but not limited to supporting the development of compensation processes and programs and responding to daily compensation requests

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner and support our Compensation and People Team, providing analytical support for our compensation programs including our Annual Compensation Review process
Support our Annual Compensation Process which includes market, merit, and promotion-related activities as well as variable compensation programs
Partner with Talent Acquisition in reviewing offer exceptions, making recommendations based on external market data and internal equity
Perform market analysis reviews and reporting for new positions, developing recommendations on individual hiring targets

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in Compensation modeling/analysis, practices, programs, systems and administration
Bachelor's degree preferred
Expert attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced level experience with Excel and Google Sheets
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across the organization
Experience with Workday a plus
