The onboarding and conversion team is responsible for moving the book of business for an incoming producer to Newfront. The conversion team starts working with the Producer on Day 1 and supports the Producer through the entire book conversion process. This is a high-impact, high visibility, revenue-driven role and an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more executive exposure, project management experience and enjoys interacting with producers. You will own the end-to-end conversion experience for a newly onboarded producer and ensure complete transparency and accountability during this process.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with external and internal parties to appropriately move the business over to Newfront
  • Generate and dispatch Broker of Record letters using DocuSign to clients and carriers to streamline the transition experience
  • Follow up with the carriers and wholesalers on the status of BOR requests and resolve any blockers.
  • Keep the carrier Broker of Record guide updated with any changes.
  • Connect with Brokers to plan around their transition and meet expectations with both clients and insurance providers
  • Regularly review emails and update the dashboard with the BOR status
  • Operate out of our Dashboard and Salesforce service cloud to mark the completion of steps.
  • Project management & advanced organizational skills - coordinate many moving parts and communicate on a high level with leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Document and improve workflows

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attitude and positive energy
  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • Insurance (P&C) experience is a plus
