Call Center Representative

Remote job description
The position would be working from home as a 3rd party call center representative. The candidate is assisting energy companies with billing, payment resolutions, cancellations, service resolutions, and other duties. The ideal candidate is punctual, has good communication skills, and proper computer etiquette.
- Pay: $11/hr during training-$13/HR after training with perfect attendance.
- Hours of Operations: Schedules can vary between 7AM-7PM
- Training Schedule: 8:00AM-4:30PM. Once completed
- Training Duration: 4 weeks (Nesting for 1 week at M-F 8am-4:30pm schedule)
Job duties
- Soft collections/customer service
- Receive inbound calls from customers who must pay to avoid service interruption
- Set up payment arrangements to prevent disconnection
