Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The CSI Companies is seeking a Care Coordinator for a growing Healthcare client in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is an immediate need and an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for an entry-level opportunity with exponential room for growth. Please note that this is a contract to hire position. This is also a work from home opportunity and you can live anywhere in the state of Florida.

Pay: $15/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform verification of benefits; contact patients to inform them of their benefits and collect co-insurance.
• Perform patient registration and check out procedures.
• Resolve billing discrepancies.
• Apply payments to workers comp patient accounts.
• Perform order entry into Claim System.
• Connect patient claim to specific doctors.
• Willingness and desire to operate in a phone centric environment and also occasionally offer support via chat.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
