We are hiring NOW for BILINGUAL customer service representatives! 200 OPEN POSITIONS!!! WORK FROM HOME! HIRING NOW! Research and respond to written and telephone inquiries from customers regarding COVID vaccine appointments. If you enjoy working in an environment that allows you to put your customer service skills to work by assisting claimants through a challenging time, then this job may be for you! This is a technical project so you MUST be comfortable with a computer. You MUST have a desktop or laptop computer. *** Chromebooks ARE NOT allowed.They do not work properly with Amazon Web Services. MUST have high speed internet (20mbps download / 5mbps upload) Duration: Long term temp ? this position does not go perm but they value promoting from within so when the project ends they will transfer the ROCKSTARS to other positions. Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 7am - 9pm (Must be available for an 8 hour schedule during this time) ***Training is 5 days long ? during this time attendance is critical.
