Sr Systems Programmer

Carex's trusted Health Insurance partner in the Madison, WI area is seeking a Sr. Systems Programmer Analyst to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity to join a regional leader in an innovative new business unit at square one. This work is fully remote, and we're looking for amazing candidates to join the team.

What you'll do:

• Prepares detail project feasibility studies, formulate complete system scope, project cost, time estimates and human resource and IT infrastructure requirements for new and existing application software systems.
• Create detailed technical programming specifications for development.
• Perform application analysis, design, coding, and other complex programming tasks from general requirements

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrated expertise in two or more of the following:
  • Web Development, C#, ASP.NET, HTML 5, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, Multi-tier development, Object Oriented Design, and CSS
• Understanding and use of the following concepts, methodologies and tools;
  • MVPs
  • Agile
  • Pilots
  • LSS
  • Betas
