About the Team:

The People Operations Effectiveness team delivers an unparalleled people experience to Robinhood colleagues. We do that by integrating and deploying Analytics, Operations, Process Excellence and Management, and Systems to create cross-functional solutions and experiences. Our goal is to support scalability and an extraordinary employee experience: essential to the success of Robinhood!

What you'll do day-to-day:

Build out workforce planning at Robinhood. Architect and run our enterprise-wide, end-to-end workforce planning processes -- partnering closely with critical Business Partners, Finance, People, Recruiting, and HR Systems teams. Lead year-end, quarterly and monthly headcount prioritization.

Deliver an effective operating model and tech-enabled solutions. Design and develop the right inputs to our talent attraction, retention and org design philosophies and process. Collaborate with Systems and Analytics colleagues to integrate best-in-class analytics and tools to drive outcomes with robust reporting.

Communications and counsel. Deliver inspiring and effective communications to drive adoption of workforce planning processes by relevant leaders and key partners (e.g. Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Finance Leaders). Define workforce planning metrics that matter. Implement a continuous improvement approach with input from collaborators. Advise leaders on their workforce planning challenges and guide them to solutions.

Build your team. Hire, onboard, train, apprentice, and evaluate team members to ensure consistent and scaling support. Create a caring and supportive team environment that fosters the professional development of team members.

About You:

• 10+ years work experience or 4+ years post MBA experience preferred
• Deep expertise in workforce planning and management with 3+ years' leading a workforce planning/ management team preferred
• Entrepreneurial leader with experience leading cross-functional projects with senior leaders, synthesizing multiple points of view and driving an action plan
• Track record of inspiring people leadership
• Technologically savvy with working knowledge of workforce planning tools and best-in-class processes
• Collaborative style and ability to engage and influence partners
