Who We Are

Our mission is to make payments safer and easier for everyone. We started with a consumer product that helps people spend more safely using virtual payment cards. Then we launched a simple, modern API to make our payment and card issuing infrastructure available to other startups, fintechs, and brands. Today, that infrastructure powers hundreds of millions of dollars in payments for consumers and some of the most innovative companies in the world.

What You'll Do

You will own the alignment of marketing, sales, customer success, and support operations across the full B2B customer journey.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute new processes to improve scalability across our GTM teams. This can also mean managing specific operational functions as they grow.
  • Remove friction between internal teams, ensuring a smooth experience for customers and minimum time to value.
  • Provide daytoday insights as well long term strategic analysis based on comprehensive data across all functions. This will include pipeline reporting, forecasting, and capacity analysis.
  • Manage all technology platforms used across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Manage ongoing enablement programs for customerfacing roles (training, product updates, weekly bulletins, etc.)

Who You Are

We're looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of success in B2B revenue, sales, marketing, or GTM operations, with the ability to think strategically while also rolling up the sleeves and executing. We encourage candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply, but we think that a successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in a comparable role
  • Expertise with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Asana, Zendesk, etc.
  • A detailed understanding of fintech and the payments landscape, or the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ownership mindset caring about seeing projects through from start to finish
  • Empathy and humility
