OVERVIEW

Given the multi-faceted nature of the function, the ideal candidate has a broad understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain and can apply direct experience to ensure that our team operates with the highest level of efficiency and consistency. Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses excellent time-management skills, the ability to communicate & present information effectively to stakeholders, and a deep-seeded passion for continuous improvement & scalable product/process solutions

ABOUT THE JOB

• Daily management & Optimization of company-wide vendor onboarding tool, Certa and ERP tool, Coupa
• Refine and develop processes that ensure efficient sourcing, supply and distribution of company-wide goods and services
• Manage inventory of business critical items through metrics-driven forecasting, ensuring zero out of stocks while minimizing financial burden
• Conduct RFx as needed for existing and prospective vendors
• Manage vendor relationships through efficient and timely purchasing while holding partners accountable
• Develop scalable processes to improve all source-to-pay strategies focusing on speed, quality and cost
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure all products/services meet internal and industry standards
• Support cross functional teams with centralized supply procurement and distribution processes, optimizing for efficiency and growth
• Problem-solve and troubleshoot daily operational issues, approaching all facets with an analytical, data-driven mindset
• Provide feedback and process improvements to benefit the entire company

ABOUT YOU

• BA/BS with 5+ years of relevant experience (procurement, purchasing, supply chain management)
• Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice
• Ability to multitask, organize and work with rapidly changing priorities ?" you will support multiple high impact initiatives at once
• Experience managing multiple external relationships and stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong execution skills
• Interest and ability to self-serve, investigate, and get the data required to make quick and effective decisions
• High level of accountability and ownership and the ability to independently lead small scale projects or initiatives
• Interest and ability to optimize processes for effective and efficient performance at scale, ensuring that business objectives are continuously met.
• Top-notch organizational skills and comfort in analytical problem-solving
• Advanced skills with Excel and G Suite
• Positive attitude and fortitude to work through ever-changing and dynamic operational conditions
• Nice to haves: Experience with supply chain tools (Certa, Coupa); Experience with project tracking software (Jira); Proficient with SQL
