MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we've come a long way since. Today we're a 300 + strong team (we're thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you'll find us in Boston, MA, as well as Lincoln, RI and Denver, CO.

MOO is looking for an Inventory Resource Manager to own and oversee the inventory levels of the business. This role is crucial for MOO's success as it ensures inventory is purchased, stocked and dispatched in a timely manner.

We are looking for a data driven individual who is collaborative in their work approach and ready to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for forecast accuracy . Work hand in hand with Supply planner to ensure data is collected and accurate
  • Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Maintain stock levels according to Supply Chain team strategy
  • Evaluates deliveries, shipments, consumption and product levels to improve inventory control procedure
  • Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels
  • Work closely with Manufacturing to understand daily consumption and analyze whether it is in line with expectations
  • Work closely with Warehousing team to ensure physical stock level is accurate and flow of information is smooth
  • Identify gaps in Operations and set-up new workflows
  • Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs
  • Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Responsible for processing, monitoring, and analyzing data; and giving accurate reporting of the inventory level with a focus on minimizing costs, while maintaining product availability at the right amount and supply needed.
  • Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.

  • Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
  • Participate in shaping Supply and Demand Planning strategies, capabilities and processes that aim to improve operational performance and meet high service levels.
  • Drive product success by keeping ourselves and others accountable for metrics such as forecast accuracy, quarterly financial variance, inventory utilization, delivery performance, etc.
  • Liaise/ Meet with Finance, Sales, Customer Service on a weekly, monthly basis to discuss inventory

  • Strong sense of urgency with highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data mining, ability to translate data into conclusions or actions for improvement.
  • Experience in S&OP, BOM.
  • Understanding the end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes
  • Experience using ERP system particularly NetSuite.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude.
