But our ambition doesn't stop there - our goal is to build the UK's largest Electric Vehicle (EV) charging network. We're building a new team that will lead the development of something new, both for JustPark and the EV industry.

About the role

We're looking for someone to lead our Automative strategy, which will be critical to the success of our new EV venture. Working with key fleet operators, leasing companies and OEMs, you'll be responsible for setting the direction as well as getting hands on with execution.

Here's an idea of your day to day:

  • Lead and define the strategy for the automotive EV team to achieve our commercial targets in the sector
  • Own the innovation of our EV offering to key fleet operators, leasing companies and OEMs, building something new
  • Responsible to achieving the commercial targets for the Automotive sector within the EV team, leading the sales cycle through to contract completion
  • Manage and negotiate complex commercial partnerships that drive demand to our EV platform
  • Become a subject matter expert for Fleets and OEMs, liaising with stakeholders across the business to integrate client requirements into JustPark operational processes
  • Act as a thought leader and shape the conversation around EV in the Automotive industry to position JustPark as a leader in the field
  • Support the development of post-sale processes that deliver on customer's expectations and ensure our EV solution meets their needs

Requirements

About you

You should apply for this role if you have:

  • Entrepreneurial flair, able to build something new and drive innovation across EV and teh wider JustPark team
  • Track record of successfully leading negotiations and sales pitches
  • Experience of developing and executing on national/global sales strategy, with a track record of delivering
  • Experience building out different commercial models to fit the client/business need
  • Previous experience in the automotive sector (fleet, leasing or with an OEM)
  • Strong commercial experience, able to design and execute a sales strategy that delivers on our core metrics and goals
  • The ability to bring together a solution and coordinate moving parts to get sales, operations, development, marketing and finance all working together
