We are looking for an experienced Global People Operations Manager to join our growing People organization. The role of People Operations is to empower employees and leaders as they interact with all HR processes and programs, facilitating their day-to-day and longer term priorities, and therefore enabling our rapidly-growing, international population to scale effectively.

As a Global People Operations Manager you will:

  • Manage a global team of 3 People Operations Generalists across North America and EMEA
  • Evaluate our programs and processes, identify any gaps areas and develop execution plans with your team, as the business prepares for a Workday implementation
  • Design, and enhance company employee policies; ensure all policies/employee handbooks are maintained, compliant and adopted. Collaborate with Director People Operations to design and launch new people policies & programs (i.e. internal mobility program, relocation guidelines).
  • Collaborate with other members of the People Team to manage and improve the People Ops Helpdesk. Work with IT to design scalable support processes, defining and delivering ambitious SLAs.
  • Collaborate with other members of the People Team for both project-based initiatives, as well as day to day transactions.
  • Collaborate on compliance requirements to ensure all Ampliteers are up to date on Code of Conduct training, Harassment training, etc
  • Manage updates of employee information changes and additions on Workday; ensure integrity and accuracy of people data.
  • Identify potential Workday enhancements (i.e. training, features, processes), working cross-functionally to design, test and implement those approved.
  • Own end-to-end immigration processes where required.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • Experience with global HR policies and best practices
  • 3+ years experience managing a team
  • Able to apply multi-dimensional creativity/innovation to solving problems
  • Produces high quality, accurate work
  • Team oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Likes and is very good at taking initiative and smart risks, but at the same time is a collaborator
  • Possess a strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR, across multiple regions
  • Strong understanding of Workday and other HRIS solutions
  • At least 8 years of experience
