These fully automated cognitive-behavioral programs are as scalable and clinically validated as drugs. Our software combines the intimacy of the human voice, engaging animation, and clinically rigorous techniques to engage people anytime and anywhere and ultimately help them overcome their mental health issues.

As a member of our team, you'll work closely with members of both the Sales & Commercial team to drive new business from our target accounts. You will be a critical part of our growth engine, responsible for outbound prospecting and identification of new opportunities.

Big Health is a remote-first company - we are headquartered in San Francisco and have a distributed team across the US and the UK. This role can be based anywhere in the US. Join us!

What you'll do:

  • Be responsible for researching our target accounts and identify the key individuals to prospect
  • Be responsible for finding creative ways of making contact with these individuals by email, phone, video, direct mail, etc.
  • Educating these individuals on Big Health's value proposition while personalizing it to their employee population to help you schedule an introductory call with them
  • Achieve or exceed your monthly quota for number of meetings set and held with our enterprise sales team

What you bring:

  • 6 months+ experience in an outbound prospecting role at a fast growing company or startup
  • A collaborative team-player who is able to communicate and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Partnerships
  • Creativity and tenacity in handling prospect's objections, questions, concerns etc. with a sense of urgency
  • Strong written communication skills in writing persuasive prospecting emails
  • A good understanding of the employee benefits industry and/or an interest in mental health
  • A self-starter with an innate drive for growth and exceeding expectations
