Wonolo's growing Strategy team is dedicated to helping the company answer critical questions, establish and clarify near- and long-term strategic direction, and identify strategic growth opportunities to help Wonolo move fast towards achieving our mission. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will help source leads and nurture a strategic partnership pipeline with an aim of expanding our business alongside our more traditional sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development and sales initiatives, including coordination and project management with external and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do:

    • Support Wonolo's business development efforts through lead generation, pipeline management and early outreach, leveraging a variety of tools and resources to identify and pursue new opportunities.
    • Project manage ongoing partnership discussions and pipeline, owning documentation and tracking of status and next steps for related stakeholders.
    • Partner with external and internal stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and identify high potential partnerships for further exploration.
    • Generate and share thought-leadership content to promote Wonolo partnership initiatives.
    • Coordinate partnership vetting process by project managing requirements and timeline.

Who you are:

    • 3+ years of experience in sales, sales development or business development.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills
    • Proven experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Comfort and experience with external customer conversations.
    • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
    • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with a bias for action.
    • You demonstrate a substantial commitment to advancing representation and inclusion
