Job Summary

The biz dev associate is an organized team player who possesses great judgment and strong interpersonal skills. They are solution-oriented, having a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. They must have the ability to consistently keep all parties involved up to date and possess professional level verbal and written communications skills.

This role also requires someone tech-savvy with a demonstrable ability to use Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Additional consideration will be given to candidates who are comfortable working with large datasets: (Excel/Sheets, Data studio, and other data visualization tools). A genuine people-person, capable of interfacing with both clients and coworkers with professionalism, poise and diplomacy. Essential Functions

• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Drive the development of new assessments and business cases across a variety of initiatives (new products, new sport markets, market sizing, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Rights Acquisition and Operations team to identify and roadmap production and acquisition and prioritize them based on level of effort, business value, etc.
• Present to senior leaders and stakeholders by preparing presentations that articulate the team's key takeaways and recommendations
• Develop strategic frameworks and methodologies to drive critical business decisions and build consensus with senior leadership across the organization
• Lead complex financial analyses/models, competitive assessments, primary and secondary research activities, customer validation efforts, and more

Basic Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy/development, business operations or similar role executing on growth opportunities
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters in business administration or related field

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Working Conditions

This position spends most of her/his time sitting or standing in an office or facility
