What you will do:

    • Deliver consistent, foundational, creative Solutions Engineering activities needed to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
    • Ensure the organization develops and maintains a catalog of Solutions Engineering services, with repeatable, scalable artifacts anchored by measurable SLAs and KPIs.
    • Hire, develop and allocate resources, perform employee reviews and evaluations, participate in strategic deals and back up team members as needed to grow regional business
    • Work closely with Sales and Sales leadership to develop strategic and technical territory and account plans, along with technical tools/programs to support sales campaigns and initiatives
    • A player-coach, actively working with their team members to solve difficult problems, and coordinating corporate/external resources when required
    • Drive strategic initiatives and programs as needed and actively support the team's career development and advancement

What you will bring:

    • 10+ years experience managing presales organizations; demonstrable success managing a global team of line managers, and senior technical specialists
    • Ideal candidate has a cloud and/or security background, with deep understanding and knowledge of GCP, AWS and/or Azure
    • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
    • Good analytical capabilities, organized, and able to work on many tasks at the same time
    • Solid fundamental Sales Skills (Value and Solution Selling) and advanced leadership skills
    • Knowledge of advanced technologies and business processes
    • Enterprise and Commercial sales experience
