Persona is looking for our first Product Partnerships Manager to join the Product team. As the main partnerships counterpart, you will play a key role in helping our Engineering and Product team achieve their goals by deeply understanding customer needs, our product and platform, and industry players to develop partnership strategies, identify, source, perform research and due diligence to figure out potential partners, engage and negotiate partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Work across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams to support a portfolio of vendors and product partnerships
  • Align closely with the product and leadership team to gain a clear understanding of product roadmaps and potential partnership opportunities
  • Manage existing product partnerships to enable long-term relationships with our existing partners
  • Developing partner strategy and evaluating new product / data partners to assess fit with and value to Persona
  • Own the full relationship cycle, from identifying opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders, to negotiation and contracting within partners
  • Develop a solid understanding of the business, use cases, competitive market, and industry players to identify the right partnership opportunities
  • Partner with our legal team to handle the end-to-end contract process
  • Become a thought partner to the product and engineering teams on strategic partnerships

What you'll bring to Persona

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, procurement, or business development in the technology industry
  • Proven track record of experience cross-functionally to prioritize, manage, and drive multiple projects to a successful outcome
  • Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, and resourceful
  • Strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking, project management, and sound business judgment, along with the ability to think creatively and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written)
  • Talent for digesting and effectively communicating technical concepts across audiences of varying technical ability
  • Comfortable developing quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business cases
  • A deep understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems
  • Able to navigate complex large organizations and find ways to quickly build trust with external parties
  • Nice-to-have: Extensive understanding of data vendors or IDV/Fraud industry
