Figma's Business Development & Partnerships team strives to advance our company goals by working with partners to augment product experiences, drive user engagement, accelerate user and revenue growth, distribute our products and services, and raise brand awareness.

We're looking for an inaugural Partner Manager to drive the growth and adoption of our API platform across products. This role will be responsible for leading current developer and partner relationships, identifying and executing on technology partnerships that enable new functionality, and scaling our partner and developer platform. You'll be working in an exciting and constantly evolving environment while establishing relationships cross-functionally with our product, engineering, design, marketing, customer, and legal teams to influence roadmaps and resources. You'll be the connector between our developer ecosystem and internal teams to facilitate product and platform collaboration.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Lead and grow new and existing partnerships; identify new areas of collaboration with high-value partners
  • Drive adoption of Figma's platform with companies that offer software products that are key to our users; unlock best-in-class user experiences through these partnerships
  • Build and scale Figma's partner ecosystem; work closely with product, developer advocate, and go-to-market teams
  • Lead technical and business negotiations by partnering with our legal and product teams to develop custom partnership agreements and repeatable templates that will scale to future partnerships
  • Aggregate and communicate market opportunities, trends, and partner feedback to cross-functional teams
  • Develop mutually-beneficial and trusting relationships with partners - make Figma a favored company with which to partner

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem management with a proven understanding of technical products
  • Experience building and scaling a partner program while managing partner relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success identifying, engaging and creating innovative partnerships with developer partners by leveraging the full capability of a platform products portfolio
  • Strong analytical skills and written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize multiple sophisticated projects
  • Unbridled resourcefulness in the short-term, coupled with an eye towards meaningful relationship building in the long-term
