Computers may be our most powerful tools, but most of us can't build or modify the software we use on them every day. At Notion, we want to change this with focus, design, and craft.

About the Role:

Startups and Notion make an ideal match. Our tools help young companies run their teams, fundraise, and scale operations alongside their growth. While many startups use Notion as their operating system, we're just getting started. We're looking for an energetic leader who wants to take the reins and help us get Notion into every startup in the world.

What You'll Achieve:

• Set strategy for how we bring Notion to all startup teams around the world. You'll determine how we build and organize our program end-to-end.
• Build community with strategic partners and startups to understand their needs, and how Notion can help them achieve their goals.
• Work cross-functionally to enable initiatives targeting startups, working with Notion's marketing, product, partnerships and data organizations.
• Take a data-informed approach including where we focus, and driving key metrics that will shape and evolve our strategy. Test and optimize by placing big bets and piloting new programs for startups.
• Lead a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about Notion and startups.

Skills and Toolset You'll Need to Bring:

• 7+ years of experience working with startup communities or building partnerships and experience managing large teams.
• Deep familiarity with startups. Ideally, they've been your audience or market focus before. Or you've worked closely with them as partners. Perhaps you've worked at one or more and understand their unique needs from the inside.
• Generalist strengths with the ability to set and achieve ambitious strategies, goals, and metric targets.
• Project management experience bringing together cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. You're organized and bring polished communication skills. ****
• Experience working at scale or in hyper-growth. Notion is on a steep trajectory with a lot always underway. We're looking for folks who can bring order and drive results.

Nice to Haves:

• Connection to the startup ecosystem. Familiarity with venture partners, accelerators, and other founder organizations that can help us reach a wider audience.
• International experience both managing an international team and working across borders. Our user base is very global, and startups are everywhere.
