Role:

As a Launch & Expansion Manager, you will manage a portfolio of accounts with a primary objective of deepening and expanding partnerships. No two days are ever the same but here are some of the things that should excite you:

• Onboarding & launching new accounts: Own end to end onboarding process of new distributor accounts
• Growing and expanding partnerships: Work with our distributor partners to find new and creative ways to continue to expand our partnerships together
• Design Processes: Map out and implement playbooks and procedures for key processes and functions that will scale as we grow

Must haves:

• 2-4 years experience in a results-focused professional environment (e.g., early-stage startup, high-growth tech company, consulting)
• Bias to action and enthusiasm for finding creative solutions to difficult problems
• Ability to organize and execute large, complex projects
• Collaborative mindset plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tactical alongside the strategic
• Ability to travel to partner sites frequently (up to 80% travel)
