As a GTM Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our GTM technology stack to further enhance our team's productivity, processes, and workflows. You will work with various tools to create new workflows, maintain existing ones, and troubleshoot as needed.

Our GTM Systems team is the team that is committed to ensuring our GTM teams have the tooling and processes needed to make their job as efficient as possible. This role will help ensure we provide a holistic view of our data flow, processes, and infrastructure to ensure that we can work fast and efficiently.

What you'll do as a GTM Systems Engineer at Vanta:

Work within a sprint cadence to gather requirements with stakeholders and develop new and/or existing processes to help serve the GTM Teams
Build new and maintain current integrations across our GTM Tech Stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Stripe, Outbound Webhooks, and more
Deliver impactful changes to our systems workflows, such as creating Lightning web components, flows, and Apex code to help automate tasks in Salesforce
Conduct root-cause analysis for failure points in systems and processes and establish preventive long-term solutions
Participate in code reviews, user acceptance testing, and maintain excellent documentation of all work

How to be successful in this role:

Have 5+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Business Systems, Salesforce Development, or Revenue Operations focused on System development and deployment
Extensive knowledge of integrations with Salesforce and other technology
Ability to quickly problem solve and troubleshoot issues that arise in our GTM tech stack
Experience owning and driving a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution
Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills
