The Role
The role of the GTM Business Systems team is to optimize how internal teams use technology to automate processes and to unlock actionable data through the technology stack that supports Eventbrite's go-to-market teams (sales, marketing and customer success). The Director, GTM Systems is a key leader of the Customer team. This individual will lead a small team of high performing system managers, administrators and developers to ensure that we develop a systems roadmap for the current and long- term state that enables us optimize and scale our go to market and support strategies

YOU WILL

    • Design, execute and evolve the strategy to develop and maintain the core systems our go-to-market teams use every day such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Genesys, Gainsight, Gong, and Zoominfo
    • Partner with senior business stakeholders to develop a strategic systems roadmap for current and long-term needs, driving architecture-level decisions and ensuring applications are aligned with business needs and effectively scale
    • Provide leadership, technical direction, and mentoring to maintain a high-performing, highly engaged team
    • Manage software vendor relationships and define process related to the evaluation and selection process of third-party systems/applications
    • Lead continuous analysis and improvement of tech stack features, utilization, releases, best practices, and return on investments that align with the company & functional vision and strategy

THE SKILLSET

    • 5+ years experience leading business systems or GTM systems teams
    • 3+ years of direct people management experience and a proven track record of developing both Salesforce administrators and developers
    • Extensive experience with Salesforce; ideally you are a certified Salesforce administrator and/or developer with previous hands on experience configuring Salesforce
    • Experience setting strategy, driving change and delivering impact
    • Experience owning implementing and architecting sales and customer support technologies
    • Experience driving vendor selection and contract negotiation
    • A strong track record of both internal stakeholder influence and external partner management
    • Program management experience leading business/GTM system teams
