As the Director, Auditor Partners at Vanta, you will be responsible for our Auditor Partners and associated strategy. Vanta is focused on building a best-of-breed network of trusted partners throughout the compliance space with the goal of creating a world class experience for our joint customers.

The Partner Team at Vanta owns building out the strongest ecosystem of partners to support our end customers. At the core of this ecosystem are our Auditor partners. Auditor partners play a pivotal role in the early stages of our customers' experience with the Trust Management Platform. This individual will be responsible for both maintaining and growing our existing relationships, while unlocking new opportunities, particularly with larger partners supporting Vanta's growing upmarket customer base.

What you'll do as a Director, Auditor Partners at Vanta:

Own the development and execution of the Vanta Auditor partner strategy across both go-to-market and product at a global level
Deliver on day-to-day business operations with existing partners designed to create an unparalleled experience for our customers
Identify new and unique engagement opportunities with larger partners in the mid-market and enterprise space that drive commercially beneficial outcomes for both parties
Collaborate with Vanta product, sales, marketing, and operations, aligning stakeholders to deliver on business-impacting initiatives and KPIs
Drive the rollout, adoption and success of Auditor partnerships and program elements across the Vanta sales and post-sales organizations, as well as externally
Serve as an advocate, spokesperson and compliance thought-leader for Vanta throughout the industry and helps produce expert content to our ecosystem
Develop a rigorous partner management philosophy that holds both Auditor partners accountable and drives value tri-laterally (customer, auditor and Vanta)
Hire, lead and grow a world-class team of partner managers

How to be successful in this role:

10 yrs+ experience in the compliance space, time spent operating in a SaaS business is a great to have
Experiencing managing complex relationships (selling or partnering) within the security and/or compliance industry
Extreme bias towards action with a commitment to iteration
Excellent communicator with a history of establishing strong cross-functional relationships and driving alignment throughout complex initiatives
Strong personal network within the industry
Data-driven and results oriented
Ability to travel if needed

Pay Range: $229,000 - $310,000; If you are offered the position, your offer amount will be based on your experience.

We started Vanta in 2016 as Equifax had lost every American's social security number, Home Depot had leaked its customers' credit card numbers to hackers, and Facebook admitted that it irresponsibly sent user data to third parties who tried to influence the US election. It was clear that security and privacy had become mainstream issues, and that we all increasingly relied on cloud services to store everything from our personal photos to our communications at work.
