dbt Labs is a remote-first company with a globally distributed team. This role is open to individuals based in the United States.

In this role you can expect to:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for all Global Campaigns
    • Work with peers on the Marketing team to execute campaigns on a global scale. This includes managing our campaign calendar, building campaigns in our various systems, executing emails campaigns, building landing pages, and measuring the impact of our campaigns we put in market
    • Maintain process documentation, standards, and templates for marketing processes. Train members across marketing and sales on the lead management process, lead SLAs, and marketing campaign attribution
    • Set-up and optimize marketing programs, campaigns and lead flow process from channels to marketing automation and CRM systems that ensure peak efficiency and scalability
    • Partner with the data team to evaluate end-to-end multichannel campaign performance. Turn learnings into actionable next steps
    • Onboard and manage an external agency to help scale our campaign process globally to support EMEA and APAC
    • Manage day-to-day operations by improving campaign reports/dashboards, proactively QAing all campaign components, and enabling real-time reporting for the marketing team

You are a good fit if you have:

    • 3+ years of marketing campaign operations experience at a B2B organization, ideally with some SaaS experience
    • Knowledgeable and experienced in marketing automation systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo). HubSpot is strongly preferred.
    • 2+ years of Salesforce experience
    • Previous experience building email campaigns and landing pages in support of marketing campaigns. HTML and CSS experience is a plus
    • Proven experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Looker, Tableau, etc.
    • Exceptional project management skills, detail-oriented and skilled at identifying process improvements
    • Extensive experience in campaign operations, A/B tests, platform improvements or related fields
    • Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into actionable takeaways
