We are building the digital OS for the food supply chain. That means powering commerce, communication, and the system of record for the 20K+ distributors -- starting with the most powerful eCommerce platform in the industry.

We're led by the team that took Uber Eats from a small experiment to a multi-billion dollar business, surrounded by industry veterans who've spent careers in food distribution and are passionate about the impact that technology can have.

Role:

  • You'll own a portfolio of mid-market / enterprise clients, responsible for all aspects including client experience, growth, and profitability
  • You'll build enduring relationships with CEOs and executives at our existing and prospective clients, as a resource to help them upgrade their digital capabilities and improve overall business outcomes
  • You'll work closely with members of Pepper's biz ops, product, and engineering teams to share customer insights and ensure our product roadmap is going to meet and exceed their needs
  • You'll be ready to roll up your sleeves when there's an opportunity to add value, no matter how big or small the job... we're an agile, fast moving team and run hard at opportunities when we spot them

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B business development and/or sales to SMB and Enterprise clients at fast growing techonology company OR food wholesaler in the US
  • Love winning with clients; enjoy spending time with customers and are genuinely curious about how to make their business a success
  • High-energy, optimism, and a collaborative mindset, plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tactical alongside the strategic
