We are looking for an entrepreneurial developer that is extremely diverse and fully hands-on in coding across different stacks, research, data analysis, product understanding and anything else required to take a project end-to-end. You will join the technology research and innovation group that is working on extending the capabilities of the Fireblocks product with research of new capabilities and fast-paced incubation of ideas. Taking barely-defined concepts and turning them into tests, POCs, iterations and eventually insights.

Requirements

Blockchain technology enthusiasm - Critical for success
Entrepreneur mindset, leadership qualities, creative thinking in first principals and can-do approach
Endless desire to learn and experiment with new technologies
8+ years of software engineering and leadership roles - this is a hands-on role for experienced tech leaders that want to code (Backend - must, Full-Stack - Preferred)
Good understanding of product and tech, ability to self-start and deliver end-to-end results
Great communication skills
Blockchain/Crypto/Cyber/Fintech experience - Advantage
Solidity / Smart Contract coding experience - Advantage
