Trust & Safety Associate

Grailed is a fully-remote team that works across the US between the hours of 10am and 6pm ET. We also have our headquarters in NYC (SoHo) for those who wish to work from an office environment. As a Trust & Safety Associate, you'll keep the Grailed community safe by reviewing messaging on the platform to ensure it adheres to established community guidelines. In this role, you will review content that is often offensive or abusive in nature, and enforce policy decisions related to this activity. You'll be on the front lines handling sensitive and complex user-facing issues while creating creative solutions.

We are looking for candidates with weekend and evening availability. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly-motivated and skilled team with diverse backgrounds and perspectives and solve complicated nuanced problems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills who is eager to learn and improve upon our existing systems. We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for moderation, policy enforcement, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and online safety.

As a Trust & Safety Associate, you will:

• Review and action on user content to ensure it adheres to Grailed's established code of conduct and terms of service
• Ability to work through invasive/disruptive content
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by manager
• Review trust and safety-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Respond to trust and safety-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Must have availability to work non conventional business hours including at least one weekend day a week

• You are a quick learner with good communication skills
• You pay attention to detail and have a passion for maintaining a high standard of work
• You have the resilience and persistence to handle routine daily tasks efficiently and accurately with limited supervision
• You are an active Grailed user or have a passion for learning more about the marketplace
• Experience with reviewing sensitive online content (not required)
