Kaygen is looking for a part-time Office Clerk to help with the organization and running of the weekly administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail
Making logistical arrangements for meetings or conferences, including booking travel, making reservations or organizing rentals
Running errands and making deliveries around the office or to external parties
Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondence
Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
Packaging and shipping company materials
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Perform receptionist duties when needed
Reply to emails.

Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate's degree preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
Knowledge of Microsoft office and excel
Able to multitask
Able to follow instructions
Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Position to start- from May 23rd 2022, three days a week from 10am-2pm (30 minute break)
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: Irvine CA 92618 (non remote)
