About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible Team Coordinator to organize all types of projects and manage team activities and operations. Team Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Team Lead to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and scope for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule, manage day to day operation and along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with Team Members, Team Leads and other teams to deliver results on deadlines.

  • Ultimately, the Team Coordinator's duties are to ensure that there is not any communication gap between Team members and management, members performances are up to the mark & all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standard

What You'll Do:

  • Just like Team lead, Team Coordinator is also responsible for their POD's performance. Work with the Team Lead to eliminate blockers
  • Work directly with leadership, coordinate, facilitate communication and gather information that help leaders make decisions
  • Setting up meetings and managing schedules are a part of this. Ensuring team members deliver on assigned responsibilities
  • If you are great with G Suite, that's a bonus. You'll do administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Develop project plans and support senior team members in their planning. You understand work-breakdown and other basics of project management. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring team members deliver on assigned responsibilities.
  • Attend team, management and other stakeholders meetings, take notes and circulate minutes.
  • Assuming the role of Team lead whenever required and handling all matters pertaining to your pod. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants in absence of team lead.
  • Dispersing all information regarding products, company-wide news, departmental policies, side projects to the whole team. Any update/s in Yoda, Orion or Omega Policies should be shared with your pod well on time. Coordinate with other teams to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives for special projects.
  • Coordinating with all coordinators, team leads and project leads regularly to ensure effective communication is maintained for all projects. This also means that you should have an understanding of all side projects currently running in the team - their purposes and outcomes. You should proactively reach out to the project leads and rest of the leadership team to inquire about all ongoing projects so that you can involve your pod members in them too.
  • Being involved in pod activities all the time and helping out the leads in team engagement and bonding.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer sciences or a relevant field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • People Management Skills
  • Prior experience in leadership roles will be a plus.
  • Ability to react and support the team with daily workload at peak times and covering areas of high absence through meetings, responding to emails and continuous communication through the relevant systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of 15-20 members.
  • Meet the SLAs and KPIs assigned
  • Ensure tasks/projects assigned are completed within the assigned time limit
  • Help the department to achieve its OKRs and a willingness to take up any relevant challenges/hurdles along the way
