Location: This position can be located remote within the US.

Gong is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support Eran Aloni, Chief Customer Officer. You will handle a range of responsibilities from maintaining calendars, arranging travel, planning for offsites and All Hands, and managing day-to-day administrative duties.


  • Maintain Executive's schedule, including meetings, projects, and priorities
  • Balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines
  • Ensure Executive is prepared for upcoming meetings by gathering materials necessary
  • Serve as the first point of contact for high-level contacts
  • Work with key stakeholders to collect and assemble information for presentations, projects, and strategic planning
  • Attend key meetings in order to track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding action items, as needed
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute varying types of internal events including leadership offsites, strategic planning, QBRs, and team social activities
  • Book appropriate domestic and international travel, handling travel priorities taking into account visas, costs, and proper documentation
  • Handle Executive's monthly expense reports
  • Review and approve /weekly monthly teams expense reports
  • Handle email correspondence, transcribing meeting notes, draft and edit correspondences, articles, reports, presentations
  • Serve as a culture ambassador for team, and support employee engagement initiatives for executive
  • Complete confidential ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Drive partnerships closely with Admins across the company to plan and execute meetings and events


  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, supporting executives in a high-growth start-up environment
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Independent and proactive; you're eager, resourceful, and constantly put your problem-solving skills to the test
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters
  • Adaptable; knows how to pivot when needed, can anticipate needs & has exceptional follow-through at all times
  • Interest and experience implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
