Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on any of the following purchases:

  1. Published online job ads
  2. Pre-purchased ad credits

Job posting can be terminated on behalf of the client in the designated employers account. Job postings will be taken offline within one business day. There is no refund for any remaining balance of the posting.

Once expired, ad credits cannot be extended or re-applied. No refunds will be issued for any ad credits that remain unused by their expiration date.
