Financial Vendor Support Specialist

Our client is one of the largest financial service institutions in the country and currently, they are seeking top talent for customer service long term (up to 24 months) positions. You will be working on a beautiful campus environment in Minneapolis Minnesota, with a cafeteria and coffee shops on site. After production goals are met the goal is to get you working from home and this position istemporary topermanent hire!

Responsibilities:

Candidates will be responsible for ordering and following up on homeowners insurance, payoffs, title insurance and other mortgage products as neededby phone. Phone experience required. There is no direct customer contact, only contact with vendors. Answering incoming vendor calls as needed from an incoming phone line.

Making 50 or more outbound calls per day to Vendors to either order or follow up on insurance products

Taking up to 10 calls per day through the incoming phone split from vendors who need more information on orders weve placed or have questions on our requirements

Communicating effectively with vendors verbally when following up and providing expectations, good written communication skills when placing loan notes
