A-line Staffing Solutions is hiring several Remote Healthcare Customer Service Specialists for a full-time opportunity with a major healthcare organization. Remote during pandemic!

  • Offers: $12.00 per hour + Health benefits available after 90 days!
  • Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm(40 hours per week)
  • Contract to Permanent (Pay increases, usually after 3 - 6 months)

Summary:

  • Answers questions and resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers, and other departments.
  • Triages resulting rework to appropriate staff. Documents and tracks contacts with members, providers and plan sponsors.
  • The CSR guides the member through their members plan of benefits, policy and procedures as well as having knowledge of resources to comply with any regulatory guidelines.
  • Creates an emotional connection with our members by understanding and engaging the member to the fullest to champion for our members' best health.
  • Taking accountability to fully understand the members needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with the member. Anticipates customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experienced required.
  • Preferred call center and healthcare experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills w/ ability to maintain patient confidentiality
  • HS diploma or GED is required
