Position Summary:

Coast Medical Service is hiring a full-time remote Travel Compliance Coordinator to maintain credentialing requirements for medical clinicians on assignment at clients nationwide. This is a fast pace job with meticulous detail and strict deadlines. The demand for travel healthcare providers is strong; you will work with a team of 5 recruiters and 1 Account Manager to ensure that our clinicians are compliant and cleared to help treat patients.

This is a remote position; you can work from anywhere as long as you produce :)

Responsibilities

Ensure all booked assignments start on time
Pro-actively identify required compliance on booked assignments and create urgency with clinician to coordinate timely completion of documentation
Upload compliance documents to Coast internal system as well as client specific portals
Persistent, ongoing follow up to ensure compliance standards are met by set deadline
Effectively communicate updates / statuses to clinicians, clients and Coast internal team
Facilitate first day instructions for clinician to ensure successful first day on assignment
Provide top notch customer service to build and maintain long lasting relationships with clients and candidates
Identify opportunities to improve work-flow / processes and implement
Achieve results and regularly surpass goals
Positively add to corporate culture and work hard / have fun culture

Skills + Requirements

At least 1 year of proven success in deadline focused administrative position (preferably travel nurse recruiting). We will not be accepting applicants without previous experience meeting administrative deadlines.
Strong sense of discipline and responsibility to achieve in a remote working environment
Meticulously detailed, deadline driven and obsessed with delivering for others
Experience facilitating background checks, drug screens and other pre-employment requirements
Expertise in navigating online VMS platforms like Shiftwise, Optimizer, etc.
Savvy in developing quality relationships and getting people to do things that are less fun (like take online tests)
Good listener who asks the right questions to better understand candidates / clients needs and deliver for them
Motivated, trustworthy and persuasive, not salesy
Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize multiple urgent initiatives
Problem solving mentality and desire to consistently improve

Compensation + Benefits

A competitive base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year
