1) 12PM- 9PM MONDAY - SATURDAY. OFF EVERY SUNDAY AND CAN CHOOSE TO BE OFF TUES,WED, OR THURS OFF DURING THE WEEK.
2) 11AM-7PM MONDAY- FRIDAY

What does it take to be considered?Excellent Customer service and Phone etiquette, Call center experience is preferred but not requiredHigh School DiplomaNeeds to be computer literate,Type a minimum of 32 words per minute and able to toggle through multiple softwaresMust have an Ethernet cable line to hook into the modem to the computer. Wifi cannot be used.Internet speed must be a minimum of 20 mbps download speed and a minimum of 5 mbps for upload speed.Quiet office space with no other responsibilities on your shift (daycare, primary care giver)Computer, monitors, mouse, and keyboard provided. Personal equipment cannot be used toAbility to multi-task (simultaneously think, talk, type)Job responsibilities You will be calling existing members and completing a health screen that consist of health related questionsover the phone and record the information in the database.
Provides exceptional customer service and engagement via telephone.Ensures customer satisfaction by providing quality service, identifying customer needs andResearch, identify and problem solve. Verify eligibility of services and places call backs as required.Meets and supports established service and sales and business objectives by meeting and exceeding performance standards.Uses excellent listening skills to receive, process and document detailed information.Incentives:We offer a $1.00/per hour when work 95% of your scheduled shift per month.
