This manufacturing company in San Jose is seeking a bilingual Mandarin/English candidate (YOU) to join their ever growing team. This direct hire is moving quickly and comes with full benefits and the option work from home. If selected as their new Customer Service Rep, you will report directly to the Customer Support Manager. Responsibilities are but not limited to:- Account coordination and execution of daily operations and problem solving.- Customer relationship and partnership development.- Customer visits and business reviews.- Order entry and maintenance. Shipment release.- Customer order and delivery management.- Daily logistics support and follow-ups.- Improve overall customer service.- Project involvement and participation as needed.- May perform other duties as assigned including special projects and other administrative responsibilities.Requirements:- Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited university in business or related field.- At least two (2) years of related experience; preferably in the semiconductor industry.- Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).- Excellent written and oral language skills.
