Responsibilities and Duties
Directly manage a team of +50 individuals
Provide process-specific feedback to specialists and leaders
Improve processes by recommending and implementing efficiencies
Provide a high level of leadership and development
Qualifications and Skills
At least 2 years of leadership or management experience
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
Full time (40 hours/week)
WFH during the COVID-19 pandemic
