Responsibilities and Duties

  • Directly manage a team of +50 individuals

  • Provide process-specific feedback to specialists and leaders

  • Improve processes by recommending and implementing efficiencies

  • Provide a high level of leadership and development

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2 years of leadership or management experience

  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred


  • Full time (40 hours/week)

  • WFH during the COVID-19 pandemic
