You may find yourself working on packaging, marketing collateral, advertising, digital catalogs, product descriptions, press releases, etc. etc. etc. You will be working with other people on our team, coordinating with contractors, and managing relationships with partners and affiliates.
The Social Media Piece
This includes planning, managing, and building a social media program for the company, beginning with management of our fledgling Instagram account and expanding to other platforms; developing a complete social media plan, developing and scheduling posts, and managing comments and customer engagement through a variety of social media platforms. Manage the brand voice, integrate contributions, connect with, and follow through with contributors through social media and website platforms.
Working for BearVault
BearVault is a small family business with a highly successful brand in a niche market. We recently relocated to the Boulder-Denver area, and we are expanding. The nature of a small business is that everybody wears a lot of hats, and duties are fluid, so think of the job description as your main focus, not the full scope. This is the right place for agile, entrepreneurial, and creative thinkers who want to help grow the brand and product line. A love of the outdoors and nature is at the core of what we do (even though the job is from a desk). Offices are currently being built out, so initially, you will be working from home. Job benefits include a competitive salary, a health plan, a 401(k) plan, and paid flex leave beginning in year one (some restrictions apply).
