Job Description

Are you looking for the perfect seasonal opportunity? Prostaff is hiring Customer Care Team Members to work for up to 60 days on a work from home project!

As a Customer Care Team Member, you will maintain exceptional customer service while providing remote support for customers inquiries from retail and online purchases.

Primary Duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer high volume incoming calls for existing and new customers
  • Assist customer with placing orders, merchandise returns, tracking shipments, credit / discount inquiries, and general website questions
  • Provide support for brick and mortar stores and online store
  • Attend all required training
  • Meet all metric and adherence standards
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service position
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Ability to work from home(high-speed internet/distraction free work space)
  • Ability to work any fulltime shift between 7:00am - 10:00pm any 7 days of the week ( 40 hours/ week)
  • Must be available to work weekends & holidays
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good tenure at previous positions
  • Must pass assessment tests
  • Must have a great attitude and good communication skills
  • Must be able to attend mandatory training for 10 days ( 5 days virtual classroom/ 5 days practice week)
