Job Description

Position Overview:

The Ecommerce Coordinator will be assisting the Sr. Ecommerce Specialist with day-to-day Ecommerce tasks and activities. Primary responsibilities and focus will be product content review and updates, organizing and maintaining content and run and analyze monthly reports.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with review product content review to ensure correct categorization, images, copy, MSRP and promotional offers are accurate and meet internal requirements
Assist with organizing and maintaining product content management system
Upload enhanced content, images and supporting documents to customer platforms
Assist with adding new products to customer websites
Assist with 360 image projects
Update Amazon Brand store
Run, analyze and distribute monthly Ecommerce reports
Assist with day-to-day Ecommerce activities

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Business or Technical)
Minimum 2 years' business experience in corporate retail marketing/Ecommerce marketing
Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; email and web searches
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with big box retailer Ecommerce platforms Lowes, Home Depot and Amazon
Graphic Design experience a plus
Experience with retail syndication systems such as Syndigo and Salsify a plus

Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations
