In this fantastic opportunity, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and processing customer information.
Please review the role's responsibilities below:
• Handling customer application process
• Customer resolution
• Assisting with account balance and inquiries Qualifications
• Ability to pass screening assessments
- Customer Service, Typing, and Microsoft Word
• Ability to handle high-volume phone
• Willing to consent to a client specific drug screen & background check.
Pay Rate: $10-$13
Shift Details:
Monday - Friday (occasional weekends); 40 hours (shift times between 8am-8pm)
Training Hours : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
