Customer Service Representative $15-19 (85250)

NOW HIRING! MEDICAL BENEFITS SPECIALIST/CSR WITH CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE

These are full-time opportunities with a pay range of $15-$19/hr. Depending on exp.

Must be flexible to work between the hours of 5AM- 6PM M-F

Duties Include:

· Responsible for managing the shipment of medications

· Responsible for obtaining benefits for patient medications and prior authorization for medications

· Enroll patients in financial assistance programs

· Annually follow patient medical treatment via outbound letters and phone calls

· Coordinate care with patient and provider to obtain medication

Job Requirements:

• MUST HAVE INTERNET (WE WILL PROVIDE ALL EQUIPMENT NEEDED)
• Experience in pharmacy/prescriptions highly preferred but not REQUIRED!
• Experience in medical claim management
• Exceptional communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
• Benefit investigation experience
• Ability to work with a high level of responsibility
