Work from Home Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone inquiries from prospective and existing customers
  • Initiate and close sales and convert on-hold orders to active sales
  • Inform customers of current promotions or special sales

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Type at least 30 words per minute
  • Experience with MS Word & MS Excel
  • Minimum of 1-year combined experience in retail, technical sales, mail order, internet sales, or customer service

Pay:

$11/Hour!

Schedule:

Super flexible hours Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (you pick your specific schedule)
