We at Globe Life are seeking career-minded leadership candidates to hire, train, and develop into a management position. Working with business clients such as City & County Governments and Local businesses within middle Tennessee to manage their insurance benefit coordination. Looking for full-time candidates (Monday-Friday, 8-5) that has an aptitude for leadership and a willingness to be coachable and learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will be taught to manage systems and activity required for successful team
Ultimately manage 3-7 individuals
Involved in overseeing training
Implement and manage systems among their team
Participating in weekly management-development meetings
Handle and processing of paperwork and other administrative duties
Work with existing accounts as well as create new business accounts
Ensuring each client has received great customer service regarding their benefits package.
