Remote Customer Support Specialist

A-line Staffing Solutions is hiring several Customer Support Agents for a full-time opportunity with a major healthcare organization. This position will be 100% working from home!

• Offers: $12.00 per hour + Health benefits available after 90 days!

• Monday - Friday, several shifts available between 7AM - 8PM (40 hours per week)

Summary:

• Directly support Medicare Part D members and providers with requests related to their pharmacy benefits.

• Complete Medicare appeals case reviews

• Delivers resolution to beneficiary or provider via direct communication (phone, email, or fax).

Requirements:

• Six months of Healthcare or PBM/pharmaceutical related work strongly desired

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills w/ ability to maintain patient confidentiality

• HS diploma or GED is required
