Project Manager

Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive solutions that will define the company's internal workflow strategy. You will be working alongside a team of passionate individuals in a company that values innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and drive the strategy and vision of the Product Delivery team
• Lead and mentor a diverse, high-performing team
• Distill feedback and coordinate with team to develop product features
• Coordinate delivery of all projects ensuring they are aligned with quality and design standards
• Own and unify delivery processes across several in-house and vendor delivery teams
• Collaborate with other cross functional teams to ensure alignment
• Develop, communicate, and execute long-term vision and strategy

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in the tech industry
• People management experience
• Excellent written and visual communication skills to produce concise and clearly written solution design documents and solution presentations to partners of varying levels of seniority
• Strong product instinct; you intuitively understand why product ideas will be effective
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions about technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience in coordinating and leading support teams
• Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product and our data-driven business opportunities
• Technical proficiency; comfortable with understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
• Recognize that product development is a team sport; Possess a strong team-orientation
• Excellent analytical skills
• 80% + experience of delivering on the Edge
• Experience with embedded devices
• Relevant Bachelor's degree
