We're seeking an inbound customer service representative for a work from home opportunity to support our North Carolina market.
In this role you will be managing inbound calls from customers regarding questions about the status of their claim or changes of their account. In this position you will be assisting with a North Carolina project in a Work from Home environment. In which this will require you to have your own computer and high speed internet access.
Education: High school Diploma, or equivalent is required.
Qualifications: 1 - 4 years of customer service or call center experience is required
Shifts: Monday – Friday, shifts between 8am and 8pm, must have open availability. This project will eventually require availability to work any day of the week, including weekends (open/close times may be shortened for weekend shifts). 40 hours per week.
Pay: Pay rate will be $11.00 per hour, $0.50 additional for bilingual.
Assessment: Typing assessment required – 25 wpm
